#01 - Cobras successfully concludes its growth plan with a win-win loan

HEULE / KORTRIJK - Cobras, the interior architecture firm founded and managed by Jelle Vandecasteele, has fortified its growth strategy with a win-win loan of 250,000 euros, fully backed by 72 'co-financiers'. Jelle Vandecasteele harbors ambitions for his brainchild beyond its core function as a multidisciplinary design and interior studio. He aims to elevate it into a fully-fledged architectural firm with new and complementary dimensions.

In pursuit of these growth plans and aspirations, Jelle Vandecasteele sought capital through a win-win loan, which was promptly and successfully secured. "Cobras is now expanding its scope to include Cobras Architects," states the Manager. "The proceeds from this crowdlending initiative will be utilized to support this new venture. We have already onboarded a new architect - the promising Willem Devos, and the recruitment of an experienced technical draftsman is in progress. We aim to optimize the operation of our internal BIM model, utilizing 3D software for new projects, and training the right personnel for this purpose. Additionally, investments in marketing, PR, and website development are also on our agenda."
