LOFT TRAINSTATION RONSE

COBRAS was asked to contribute conceptual ideas for the reconversion of this old, heritage-worthy freight station.

Conceptually, we opted for one central volume that unites all functions. The outsides of this volume provide a cloakroom/storage wall, a fireplace wall and a kitchen wall. The bathroom is hidden inside. The stairs to the first floor are between the volume and the existing brick wall. On top of the volume there was room for a dressing room and an open bedroom.
