PENTHOUSE NIEUWPOORT

The parents of Laurent, general manager at Helbig, hear good things from us and come knocking on our door asking us to upgrade their apartment in Nieuwpoort. Due to facade works, they did not have access to the building for six months and they did not want to miss this opportunity. The original architect of the entire building was a previous owner of their apartment, which is actually a merger of two apartments. This merger still left traces in the form of a double front door, double bathroom, double electricity meters and the like. A pure interior assignment, but with new techniques to give the apartment a coherent, light and modern appearance.
