COBRAS works in a future-oriented manner and thinks along from the beginning to the end phase to develop a productive and pleasant working environment for Sur.
What started in 1990 as Deplancke-Deschuytere insurance was renamed team Sur in 2022. A breath of fresh air in the insurance sector who asked COBRAS to think about the future and the associated consideration of renting or purchasing a larger building.
After deliberation, it was decided to rent and redesign an existing office. Customer and staff experience was a priority and that is why we created a homely feeling with secure zones. We also developed a route with clear instructions to help visitors easily find their way around the building.
