VANLOOT WAREGEM

Vanloot is now a construction company with an entrepreneurial spirit and commercial insight spanning four generations. The enormous expansion that the grandsons have achieved today would undoubtedly have made their grandfather proud, who was a tractor salesman at the time.

Their site in Waregem accommodates several departments. With the prospect of moving production and workers, it was decided to also look for new premises for the draftsmen, calculators, project leaders and administrative employees who remained behind.

COBRAS was called in to strip a former shop building to its rough structure and provide it with a new interior. A central hub was created with concentration workstations, open landscape offices and individual desks for maximum productivity.
